About This Test

Scenario

The scenario presented to the candidate is set in a company experiencing rapid growth. This growth has spotlighted the inefficiencies in the sales management process, where spreadsheets are used to track leads and manage the sales pipeline. The CEO wants to urgently transition to a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that can better support the sales team's needs and processes.

Candidate Task:

  1. Analysis of CRM Options: The candidate is given pricing sheets and feature lists for three different CRM systems: Alpha, Beta, and Gamma. They are tasked with evaluating these systems based on a list of company requirements including affordability, scalability, ease of use, and integration capabilities

  2. Recommendation: Based on the analysis, the candidate must recommend the CRM they believe is most suited to the company's current and future requirements and explain the justification for their recommendation.

  3. Actionable Insights: The candidate is also asked to identify any open questions or critical considerations that may have been overlooked in the initial requirements and suggest the next steps to efficiently move the CRM implementation project forward.
