Michelle Dervan
Chief Executive Officer
Michelle is the CEO of SkillsTrust and a seasoned operator and investor in the workforce development market. Before founding SkillsTrust, she held senior roles at Rethink Capital Partners, Pearson Education PLC, and Enterprise Ireland, where she developed a deep understanding of HR solutions and technology. Michelle holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in European Studies from Trinity College, Dublin.
Vincent Lonij
Technical & Data Lead
Vincent is a Full Stack/ML Engineer, product manager, and entrepreneur. Formerly an IBM Staff Research Scientist and a Software Engineer at Bloomberg, he later founded and served as CEO of an AI-powered peer-to-peer interviewing platform for recruitment. Vincent holds a PhD in Atomic/Molecular Physics from University of Arizona and is the author of over 20 peer-reviewed publications.
Susan Palmer
Pay Transparency Consultant
Susan is a Reward Consultant with over 20 years of experience in compensation and benefits strategy, working both in-house at firms like Prudential and Accenture, and as a consultant for Willis Towers Watson and Korn Ferry Hay. She has extensive experience in job evaluation frameworks, salary benchmarking, pay equity audits, and gender pay gap reporting, making her an invaluable advisor to firms implementing transparent pay practices.
