What You Need To Know
Companies in the United Kingdom with more than 250 employees are required to report annually on their gender pay gap. These reports have several requirements.
Type of Compensation
Reports must include gaps in mean and median hourly pay, bonus pay, benefits in kind.
Pay Quartiles
Report gender distribution within four quartile pay bands (lowest to highest earners).
Annual reporting
Snapshot dates: 31 March for public authorities, 5 April for others.
