HR Workshop: Pay Transparency Made Simple, Dublin Chamber, 18 Feb
SkillsTrust

Join us for a private breakfast workshop at Dublin Chamber on 18th February, where we’ll be joined by speakers from Hayes Solicitors & Deloitte to break down the EU Pay Transparency Directive - what it means for employers and the practical steps to get ahead.
This session is designed specifically for HR and reward teams in small and medium-sized employers. It will deliver practical insights and frameworks - no jargon, I promise.
What we’ll cover:
✔️ Employer Obligations – what’s required under the EU Pay Transparency Directive
Breda O'Malley, Partner, Hayes Solicitors LLP
✔️ The 4-step Pay Gap Audit Playbook – including job categorisation best practices
Michelle Dervan, CEO, SkillsTrust
✔️ Building Salary Bands – practical guidance & common pitfalls to avoid
Morganne Murnin, Senior Manager, Reward Services, Deloitte
Event details:
Tuesday, 18th February
08:30 - 11:30 AM (Breakfast from 08:30, session starts at 09:00)
Dublin Chamber, 7 Clare St, Dublin 2
Cost: Free to attend
By invitation only – places are limited
Please RSVP by 10th February to secure your spot. Register here
Why attend?
All EU employers - regardless of size - will need to introduce new pay transparency measures by June 2026. If your company has 150+ employees in the EU, you’ll also need to report pay gaps publicly per job category for calendar year 2026. It makes sense to prepare now before disclosures come into effect. We’ll break it all down so you know exactly what to do and when.
This is an invite-only event for SkillsTrust clients and community members. If you would like to join, register your interest using the provided link and we will respond quickly!
